lSeek opportunities to involve people.
lPromise "problems".
lOver-communicate.
lBeware of bureaucracy.
lWear your commitment on your sleeve.
lAlter the reward system to support improvement.
lGet resistance out in the open.
lMake sure people have the know-how.
lTrack behavior and measure results.
Outrun the resisters.
